Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan – Destination for Wildlife Lovers
The protected area for the conservation of striped big cats (tigers) is known as a Tiger Reserve. Ranthambore National Park
Districts – Sawai Madhopur, Karauli, Bundi, Tonk
In 2007, it was declared as the First Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan and the 7th Tiger Reserve in India.
The Ranthambore National Park Rajasthan is the most famous tiger reserve in India and with good reason. Ranthambore is one of the areas with the highest density of tigers in India. It is home to more than 90 tigers. The park is also home to many other animals, including leopards, sloth bears, crocodiles, and a variety of birds. Mukundra Hills Tiger Reserve

In 2013, it was declared as the 3rd Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan and the 43rd Tiger Reserve in India.

Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve

In 2022, it was declared as the 4th Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan and the 52nd Tiger Reserve in India.
It is the fourth tiger reserve in Rajasthan, declared one in May 2022. Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve is a relatively new tiger reserve, designated as such in 2022. It is located in Bundi, Kota, and Bhilwara districts in south-eastern Rajasthan, India. The reserve is an important corridor between the Ranthambore Tiger Reserve and the Mukundara Hills Tiger Reserve.
Ramgarh Vishdhari Tiger Reserve is home to a variety of wildlife, including tigers, leopards, sloth bears, hyenas, chinkaras, and nilgai. The reserve is also an important bird-watching site, where more than 250 species of birds have been recorded.
Dholpur-Karauli Tiger Reserve
Districts – Dholpur, Karauli
In 2023, It is declared as the 5th Tiger Reserve in Rajasthan and the 55th Tiger Reserve in India
The National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) has given its approval for the establishment of the Dholpur-Karauli Tiger Reserve in the state of Rajasthan in February 2023. This reserve is located in the Chambal Valley and is home to a variety of tigers, leopards, and crocodiles.
It has secured its place as the fifth tiger reserve in the state of Rajasthan after Mukundra Hills, Ramgarh Vishdhari, Ranthambore, and Sariska.
